Coppie United Kingdom, 30 dicembre 2011	Bad location, untrained staff, terrible breakfast New and clean 3,3 We were given a room on ground floor, but window looks out into reception, so constant light shining in and you hear the very loud telephone. They gave us another room, but no hot shower. There are only two rooms with hot shower. Breakfast - they don't make it on-site, it's ordered from another restaurant and is delivered in a polystyrene take away box, and it's usually very greasy and cold. Bike hire - they can arrange it, but they don't tell you it's not their motorbilke. Sugg. su attrazioni: Hire a motorbike to see the sights and go on the bamboo trian.

Coppie United Kingdom, 29 dicembre 2011	New hotel style guesthouse, a bit out of town New and clean 4 we had initially been put into a room on ground floor, but the window looked out on to the reception, so there was always a light shining in and you could hear the phone go. however they gave us another room on the 3rd floor, but it didn't have a hot shower, and aparently only two rooms have hot showers. breakfast comes from another restaurant, so it's not exactly hot and comes in a polystyrene box for take away. the menu has no ingredients of the dishes, and the staff don't know what's in anything. so you have "sunshine omlette", but no description, and when i specifcally asked for no peppers, they put them in, and when i questioned it, they tried to tell me it was green tomatoes - which they weren't, they were definitely peppers. next was the bike hire. again the guesthouse doens't actually do it. they did arrange one for me, but didn't tell me it wasn't theirs. as is usual, i left my passport as colateral, however when i returned they didn't have my passport in the guesthouse. they had given to the guy whose bike it was. they never explained this would happen, nor did they ask my permission. finally the guesthouse is about 3km out of town, so very inconvenient. as this town is very small, so anything you need is in the centre. it takes you about 45 minutes walk to get into the centre. in summary this guesthouse should not be in business, until they have it full functional, their staff are trained properly and they have some english communication. i'd wait a few years before staying here and only if all the hotels in centre were full. Sugg. su attrazioni: hiring a bike is a great way to tour. beware the bamboo train, it's is worth doing, but they will try and charghe you $5, so try and get a group of 4 to get it for $4, it's the scariest "train" journey you'll make.

Viaggiatori singoli Japan, 3 settembre 2011	beautiful room, but far away from the centre room is well-organised, staff is friendly 6,7 this guest house was so nice!! i had good days here, the room was so clean and well-organised. the staff was so friendly, and they helped us a lot!! well, i am so sorry for the location of this guest house because it was quite far away from the city centre so that i needed tuk-tuk.
