OK as I can use Spa facilities with reasonable room charges. I has read the review of this hotel before I decided to book. Choosed to stay here to enjoy spa facilities as my purpose of stay here is for next day airport departure. Did not go out after check in as I do not wish to climb up 4 storey from car park. The staffs clearly need more motivation in perform their daily task. Do not expect high level of services here.

Stay was ok. The gym does not open till 12pm daily, so cuts out morning training and evening if working late, gym closes at 8pm. The power went out almost daily, sometimes several times a day causing me and other people to get stuck in the elevator several times. Staff was friendly. Food was ok. The market is not a nice area.

Don't stay here unless you're low on cash

Oh my goodness, how should I start this?
So I chose this hotel since the ratings appeared great and the price was amazing. I was also looking for internet and gym which they both have. Honestly the only thing I liked about the hotel was the gym located below the hotel with the massage area. The massage I received was unsatisfactory and incomplete but I am not sure if that was part of the hotel since nobody there was proficient in English.
If you want an English speaking staff, or a staff that is readily available or a clean room, a window the DO NOT stay here. Now about the atmosphere...... If you watch the movie The Shining with Jack Nicholson you will have an idea of how this place feels. The layout is weird and getting to the hotel from the street (hotel is on top of a building and not easy to get to since you have to walk up 3 stories of stairs or parking lot) is not an easy task so unless you're looking for a physical challenge to get to your hotel, do not stay here.
Imagine a building that kept adding places to it. First a run down restaurant, then adding a massage room on top of that, then adding a hotel on top of that. Now i know why I only paid a night because nobody wants to stay here.

ok,no complain except i though there is a buffer breakfirst but it is not.easy to get local tranport .is quiet far to river front bty walk.dowmstair orussey markets is very dirty,smeally and very hot.

Friendly Staff, unclean room

A friend and I were staying at the hotel while on a one night stop over in the city before heading to Siem Reap, we booked the hotel in the hopes of having a nice clean room to relax in before a long bus journey, however the bed sheets and bath towels were staines, there was hair in the sink, and the floor and shower were unclean. The staff at the front desk had good english skills and were friendly it was just a shame that our room was so dirty.

Best price, wonderful room BUT very poor location.

Very quiet hotel at a very unexpected locaton....Orussey Market ! Though no one might like the location, the room rate will make you laugh. Furthermore, the room is large and comfortable. I also like the bathroom. If you are not so concerned about the hotel location which is at a market, this is a nice place to stay.
