Viaggiatori singoli Hong Kong, 31 luglio 2012	Beautiful hotel Nice accomodation, clean, full of Chinese charateristic 7,3 everything in the hotel is so chinese, and it makes the hotel different from others. however, the location is not very convenient, since there seems nothing nearby. i suggest others ask the hotel to call taxi for you when you are going any places, so less chances for the taxi driver to cost you more money. you can go to many attractive places in chengdu by taxi from the hotel. the breakfast wasn't very good, only few things that you can choose from. but the restaurant inside is so grand and not very expensive. the staff there were nice and egaer to help. if i go to chengdu again, i will come back to this hotel.

Viaggiatori singoli Germany, 27 aprile 2012	nice rooms but ... dishonest management well designed rooms, friendly staff 6,7 i had planned and booked a stay at folk inn for 3 nights, but had to revise that down to 2 nights (had to travel elsewhere for the last night). i communicated this 24h before my arrival, but this change was never acknowledged, the hotel remains deaf to the feedback and agoda is passive about this. at this point i am expecting no more reimbursement ... so beware: once the money is gone, it's gone. otherwise the hotel had nice rooms and the staff was as helpful as could be, considering their limited language skills. located on the airport side of town, taxis are easy to hire to get anywhere needed.

In the living area quite a bit smell bad because of chinese people and hotel breakfast is not so good because only veg. Hotel staff is quite nice.

No taxis enter the parking area next to the hotel, so have to walk out onto the street for a taxi. Hotel foyer and lift area nice. Free breakfast eastern only and very limited choice. Staff friendly and speak English
