Utility stay to nbe near to exhibition centre
Nice room Good massages, Good chinese restaurant.

Very Chinese attitude from staff i.e. if the rules say something then there is no deviation
Cold food unless served fresh.
Management must learn that upkeep and refurbishment is essential. Pool and recreation felt like a municipal not private hotel.
Will stay in more centrally located western branded hotel next time
