Tou H. Coppie Singapore, 7 dicembre 2012	Nice little hotel clean and convenient to move around 6 We spent all our days out exploring the place and went back to the hotel just to shower and sleep. Everything was good except for the fact that our room which was occupied by smokers had to be cleansed of smoke smell twice before we agreed to check in. In addition, the hotel is situated next to a pub and once 1900h fell, a mamasan will appear to harass male hotel guests for 'business'. Sugg. su attrazioni: Explore the vicinity on foot and you will discover some quaint places where you can have nice tea or a decent meal; food at the nearby restaurants were good and cheap.
Wayne T. Gruppi Canada, 3 dicembre 2012	power out, bad service! awesome location, Location 6 Service is horrible, power went out in rooms while I was showering! And not even an apology was given! However rooms are reasonably well kept and housekeeping was courtesy. The hotel is however old and needs a makeover. The location is also good, near main city and night market. However due to the management I will not be coming back.

Hotel management must look into this issue Sugg. sulla cucina: Can try the food at the restaurant call "sanshisanjiantang" near to the hotel.

Famiglie con figli grandi Malaysia, 5 luglio 2012	Central Location, decent room, need maintenance satisfying quality of foods at both the restaurants within the same block, very easy to get taxi. 8,3 need to be pro active in getting assistance. Chinese are naturally reserved, but are very helpful. Same apply to the service counter. sliding windows of the balcony need repair. rooms are spacious. decent and clean. had to be careful with the slippery tiled shower room. generally satisfied. location is a selling point.morning dim sum on the same level restaurant is good and price is reasonable. Dinner on the third floor is also quite impressive. Sugg. su attrazioni: Explore the nearby traditional streets opposite the 'people park' and its market for traditional delicacies such as roast piglets, ducks and wen chang chickens.

Viaggiatori d'affari Singapore, 30 maggio 2012	Old hotel located in the centre of town Good location 7 the hotel was located in a mall, though the mall does not have much to offer. the lobby was located on the 2nd floor and the hotel was rather old. the entrance can be a little challenging to find. we were booked into a standard twin, and all standard twin rooms are smoking rooms. the room smelt very strongly of smoke, but there was not much we could do. the room was decent, though a little worn out. the best thing about this hotel is probably it's location. service was not really existent. the staff were just minding their business. it was worth paying for the location. Sugg. sull'Hotel: The hotel is just 10mins walk away from the Civil Aviation Hotel, where the airport bus starts and terminate.
