Viaggiatori singoli Netherlands, 4 maggio 2013	Excellent hotel for sightseeing The location was great, in the centre of town and close to the lake, good value for money, pleasant room. 9 We had a pleasant stay and can recommend it to anyone who goes to Hangzhou for sightseeing. Across the street is the Tourist Bureau where you can pick up a map of Hangzhou and you can easily walk to the lake. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. Good value for money.

Proximity to shopping & the highest point in the city 7,3 So we had a twin room and the bathroom had a frosted glass wall where the shower stall was along side the rest of the room, and no curtain. I still don't understand this design feature but most of the hotels I have stayed in around China at least had a curtain or blinds. This aside the hotel is looking a bit "tired", it could use a little TLC but all the amenities you would expect are there and available. No WiFi in the rooms but if you have a travel router the LAN works just fine. I did get the feeling that this hotel caters more to the male business man tho. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it had all the Western and Chinese items you would expect.

Coppie United States of America, 11 marzo 2013	Another pleasant stay at the Victoria Regal Location, Value, Nice Room 7,7 We generally stay at the Victoria when we have guest visiting us in China and are showing them Hangzhzhou/West Lake. It is centrally located and provides a good place to stage a 2 day visit to Hangzhou sites West Lake and He Feng Jie. Also shopping center across the sreet provides some quick inexpensive food including Papa John's Pizza. Staff is very attentive to the needs of the guest. It should be noted though that nonsmoking rooms are only smoking rooms with the ash tray removed.

You can shop, eat, & enjoy Starbucks at the Yintai department store which is in front of this hotel. Also, you can enjoy sandwich at subway which is 5 minutes away from this hotel. The hotel staffs are very kind and the room is comfortable. I want to stay at this hotel whenever I come to Hangzhou.
