Coppie United States of America, 1 maggio 2013	Better than I could have imagined Clean, Western bathroom, huge swimming pools, great breakfast buffet 9 Our stay here was better than we anticipated. We paid such a low price for our room on Agoda so we weren't sure if the quality would be high or not. When we arrived, we were upgraded from "garden view" to "pool view" and we appreciated the upgrade because our new hotel room's location was great. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The bathroom was clean and Western, with a great shower. The golf cart shuttle to and from the beach was quick and we never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The staff's English speaking ability was minimal. This was not a problem for us, as my partner speaks Chinese but this might be a problem for other travelers. We had requested one large bed but did not receive it. However, this was not a problem as the housekeeper pushed together two full size beds for us. It was still quite comfortable. We asked for early check in and late check out and were allotted both, free of charge. We enjoyed our stay here.

Viaggiatori singoli Indonesia, 26 aprile 2013	helpful staff, clean room helpful staff, hotel has its own beach, shuttle car from hotel to beach 9,3 The staff was really helpful when i had trouble with my travel agent in china. There was a location mistake about picking me up in the hotel that caused me almost lost the money i had paid for this trip. I am not fluent in mandarin so the staff helped me to speak with the agent and i got to join the trip the next day. Also, they really take care of their guests and put guests safety in first priority. There is no WiFi in the room, but you can access it at the lobby. I was staying in a room with hill's view. It's a long walk from my room to the lobby. They have separate lift to access to the main road and to access to the room. The hotel is in a nice location, near bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Also has Many restaurants around it.

Famiglie con figli piccoli New Zealand, 24 aprile 2013	Pleasant and Reasonable Price Good price, clean and well looked after, comfortable room. 8 I booked this room and requested twin beds as we were travelling with our nine year old son. Our room was nice and we got our twinbeds. The room had good furnishings and was comfortable with a view across the 'garden' to the commercial center of Dadonghai (actually the garden is just a tangle of wild vines and flowers - but quite nice anyway). The hotel has friendly staff and is well managed. The food is only average, we tried their BBQ but their chef was not so good. Some of the food was nice but mostly not. Even the chinese offerings were well below standard. And the entertainment was AWFUL. Thats' it for the negatives, everything else was very good. THe location is OK, on a hill overlooking the commercial area that runs along behind the beach. It's ten minutes walk to the beach, but the hotel runs a free shuttle to their reserved area of beach. We only paid around $80 for our room per night, so it was great VFM. Watch out for the Hainan special tax of 11RMB per person per night - this WAS NOT included in the total that Agoda charged - Agoda should rectify this or make a note of it when booking.

Mountain View King Bed is facing a construction site, thus if you do not mind the noise should pick pool view. Breakfast is good with varieties. Sugg. sull'Hotel: The Free shuttle to the beach is a mini cart which takes you to/from the beach, thus you could just wear swim suit there. As schedule is not fixed, pls make sure you tell the driver to pick you up...

Gruppi Hong Kong, 18 febbraio 2013	Lovely hotel at a good location With 2 swimming pools, free shuttle to beach 6,7 the hotel is located at a nice high leveled location. it has free golf carts to bring you to the beach with is 15mins if you walk. the receptionists are not that helpful but the bellboys are quite friendly. in general, i would recommend this hotel for vacation if you want to pay less while having a 4stars quality.

Coppie United Kingdom, 30 dicembre 2012	Nice place, poor service pretty, 2 peaceful pools but poor service 5 well I went to check in to the hotel speaking Chinese (I'm a white European) and said that I had a reservation and would like to check-in. I was ignored even when I spoke to them and they addressed my wife (Chinese) with the replies even though I spoke to them and the reservation was in my name. So i'm guessing they either are afraid of foreigners who speak Chinese or are not well trained. As the check-in process continued we were told we would have a "free upgrade" which was none existent upon entering we had a room "with mountain view" (it was a shame the room was built into the side of the mountain so all we could see was the mountain earth. We were also asked for a cash deposit even though the room was paid in full and they had my credit card details on file. They also proceeded to tell us we would need to pay 11RMB tourism tax per person per day. Anyway....That's checking in.... The rest wasn't so bad. Although the breakfast was a little disappointing. Sugg. su attrazioni: There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach and some sunbeds that are assigned to members of the hotel but i think the guards there were also selling the seating to other people on the beach to make some money on the side.

The hotel mostly serves chinese and therefore their English language is poor. You might end up understanding nothing. I was with 2 kids and they charged 69 RMB for the breakfast of the 6-year-old which I considered very weird as there was not a various selection of eatable food. The check-in and out was quite painful as they took deposit, but were not very efficient with using the credit card system. Otherwise, nice surroundings and clean room. Famiglie con figli piccoli Japan, 27 ottobre 2012	Great facilities and good location Facilities such as swimming pools, ideal location, clean and new rooms 8,7 GuestHouse International Hotel Sanya is good value for money. There are two nice swimming pools, and room looked very new and spacious enough. Location is quite ideal, too, being within walking distance (10 mins) from a beach in Dadonghai. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the beach every 15 mins (somehow called a private beach although it completely looked like a public beach). Sanya's city center is close enough, too. It's about $10 Chinese Yuan away by a cab. The staffs are quite helpful, but buffet breakfast was a bit of letdown as we expected much more from 5 star hotel. Also, WiFi only works in the lobby. Overall, it's still a decent enough hotel, certainly good value for money.
