Coppie Italy, 7 agosto 2011	molto bello, location non ottimale tenuto benissimo 7,7 l'albergo è molto bello e pulitissimo e lo staff è e davvero cordiale. non si trova vicino alla linea metropolitana (è proprio nel nord bund) e pertanto èè necessario spostarsi con il taxi alla più vicina stazione della metropolitana (che altrimenti è a più di 10 minuti a piedi ma con alta possibilità di smarrirsi). le camere sono molto spaziose e disponigono di un collegamento internet trmite il televisore che è gratuito. la connessione al proprio comouter invece è abbastanza costosa.

The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The service is very professionnel. I always go down to this hotel when I'm in Shanghai and strongly recommend it. There are a lot of restaurant nearby. And the MRT is just 7 mn walk from the hotel.

It is located a bit far from business or sightseeing epicentres but this should not frighten those who want real value for money. Anyway, average trip to the city centre by taxi will cost about 30 yuan which is not a disaster. There is a nice gym and swimming pool (it is, however, very cold to swim in winter time there and fans leave much to be desired). Think twice before visiting the Revolving Restaurant as the top-floor view multiplied by price of dishes and divided to their quality results in a rather disappointing experience. Generally, the hotel is nothing but really great. Sugg. sullo shopping: For shopping visit Huahai Rd or Nanjing Rd, it will cost you about 30 yuan to get there by taxi.
Camille M. Coppie Philippines, 4 gennaio 2013	Excellent Comfortable room, complete amenities 9,3 This hotel was GREAT. We booked a one bedroom deluxe it was more than enough for us in terms of space. Room had complete amenities and the bed was super comfortable. The sheets and towels were nice as well, you can tell they didn't cut corners and they paid attention to detail. The staff are friendly although language barrier is always a traveler's problem in Shanghai. Nevertheless, there is always someone on staff who can understand and speak English. No wifi in the room, although the TV has internet so we used that to surf. Although I suggest to the hotel to put wifi cause that would be a great addition. Suggerimento: The walk to the nearest metro station is 10 minutes, it's still the best way to get around the city, but if you're not too concerned about budget, then you can just ask for the concierge to call you a cab. Also, before going around, as the front desk for a card from the hotel. It has directions and a map in Chinese to the hotel, so that you can just show that to the Taxi driver and not have a problem getting home.
