Excellent service 8,7 Location of hotel is not within the main hotel cluster zones in Xiamen.The nearby shopping area is about 10 min. walk.Very little F&B around the hotel area. Whatever the hotel lacks, the great service attitude of all staffs made up the shortcomings. All staffs were very attentive, from doormen, concierge, check-in counters, manager on duty to room chambermaids,are well-trained and provide excellent serive. Keep it up.
