The worse experience so far
Size of the room, easily accesible to foods and shopping areas

Room was large size. The dissapointment is the mouldy smell which is unbearable. Sopken to the housekeeping and they merely sprayed some nasty smell freshener and claimed it is the weather issue. The room was absolute noisy and you can clearly hear all the noise from the street down there who have roadside stalls and DVD seller blasted the movies show. At the end gave up and check out at 5pm despite only stayed for couple of hours.

Old style hotel right near the nightlife action.

Although the wallpaper and carpet looks haggard, there's a certain 'old-world' charm about the hotel.The Deluxe King was spacious, which included a big comfortable bed, a nice office chair,a grand old armchair,a new lcd TV,and a big window.The air con and wifi works well.The hot water system not so good,and the towels are worn out.Bring your own toothbrush, paste and shavers.They're not provided in the price.It's on Lianhua rd. which is part of the famous 'Walking Bar St' where all the 'lively' outdoor night activities happen. Fast check-in and checkout if you're organised.About 10-12 yuan taxi ride to Macau border.

Comfortable room at a really affordable price.

We arrived at 12:30 am after a 2 hour bus ride from Guangzhou. We stayed here only because the border gate closed at midnight. The check in process was very quick and we were in our room within 10 minutes. At 1:00 am the front desk phoned our room, not sure what they wanted as they spoke no English. At 1:15 am the hotel night manager came to our room with another room key and a note basically asking us to leave this room and go down the hall to a different one. We then realized they had given us a deluxe room in error. By 1:15 am we had already had showers and were settled into bed. We refused to move rooms as this was just stupid (as housekeeping staff would then have to clean 2 rooms). It was their error to upgrade our room in error. They gave us back all of our damage deposit, so that was good. It was just extremely rude to be knocking on our door at 1:15 in the morning wanting us to switch rooms.

Cheap & Value for money hotel
The rooms are clean and it is located nearby the town. Walking to Gongbei Immigration is within 15minutes.
