However, the location in TST is in a seedy little market called Chungking Mansions; and drug dealers. The hotel itself used to be a hostel and is in a completely different wing of the building, so after you register you get taken around the whole building to get to the "new" wing. Our TV was trashed, the room was tiny, and the bed was far too short for me. Moreover, when I wanted to use the A/C, the room was filled with the smell of human body odor. This isn't even considering the cockroach (small) that we saw upon checking out. I don't think the staff friendliness beats out the negative aspects including the relatively high price--do yourself a favor .

Christopher B. Viaggiatori singoli United Kingdom, 11 maggio 2013	Decent enough room for Chungking Mansions Near MTR, Fast Internet, central location 6,3 Doubt I'll stay in Chungking Mansions again. It's not the horror story many others make it out to be, but the lift is just too damn inconvenient and the various touts in the area are annoying. Delta is probably the best you'll get there but it's worth it to find a proper hotel and the price wont be much more. And if you insist on staying at Chungking, well you might as well go for the cheapest hostel rather than the most expensive "hotel."
