Strategica posizione ma Camere senza personalità

location comoda, camere con bellissima vista sul porto ma, in considerazione del nome dell'hotel, mi sarei aspettato un arredo delle camere più particolare.
il bagno, in marmo e rubinetteria in ottone, bello ma assolutamente non in linea con lo stile delle camere.
nel complesso buon albergo, ottima colazione, buoni i ristoranti presenti, anche se chiudono alle 22 e 30
Sugg. sulla cucina:
ottimo il ristorante italiano grissini, attenzione a non strafare con la carte dei vini, molto allettante
con due cambi vino, il conto ne risente pesantemente

Good business hotel

I liked my stay, but the hotel is a bit old and requires renovation. At the moment there is renovation on some floors and it does not bother. Alive music is played in the lobby and in tha bar, staff is super attentive. Food and restaurants are good. Yet compared to other Hayatt hotels the one in HK still looks old and old fashioned.

Beautiful classy hotel with top notch service
Beautiful views, nice garden, great interior design

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. It was modern and comfortable, the way Grand Hyatt should be. My only real complaint is the room is just too small for the price I pay. Other than that, it was great.

Stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable and nice. However, for the price, I think you can get a more comfortable room elsewhere that's much larger in size. Everything else about the hotel is amazing though.

the ac was a little slow and check-in was also a bit of a hassle. not sure why it had to take so long. however, service was excellent and everything felt new and well-kept.

Good hotel with lots of amenities

This hotel was great for the family but the rooms were definitely too small. For a Grand Hyatt and the price we pay, we expected it to be bigger. Check-in was also a little slow. Other than that, it was 5-star quality.
