It was an enjoyable stay.
Friendly and helpful staffs, close to our favourite beef noodle shop and MTR and bus stop is just a stone's throw away.

It was enjoyable.The room was clean. However, in the room that we stayed in, the towel rack was unstable and it could be very dangerous if it falls off. Adding to that, the water heater was acting up as the water would be cold and it gets super hot after a while and then it gets cold again. Hope that the management can look into these few matters. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Everything is fine, good enough, reasonable for the price, good location. just the room toilet got some bad smell sometime. Room sound proofing a bit bad, lobby lift too slow, small and old.

Great location with affortable price

This hotel is at a very good location where you can find a lot of good foods around the hotel. The temple street is just behind the hotel so you do not need to worry about nothing to shop at night.
However I suggest that these people DONOT book this hotel:
- Need quiet room
The door is an issue especially your neighbor let the door close by itself. This will create a loud bang that might awake you.
- Fussy and impatient people
The room and lobby are small and lift is very slow.
- People that need high security room
Some of the room does not have the door latch and there isn’t any lift security (some of the hotel lift need to insert room card before pressing any level).
Overall I love the stays in the hotel as the room I have stayed is very cozy and the hotel location is indeed very good. From the price I have paid, I have nothing to complain about.
PS: You need to place a HK$500 deposit upon check in

King De Nathan Hotel is Central Located & Near by MRT Station. The Room is okay but main issue is that it is flea type of insect that bite leg. Need to improve on this.

Location is good. Price is so so but should have free of charge for bagage storage for guests. Room is too small but i think they can't change. Staffs were nice in a way of Hong Kong style. Wifi was low speed should be improved.

It was lousy and dirty!!

The lobby still looked ok. There's only one lift up to the rooms,and the lift was so small it could hold 6 people if you don't have any luggages. The walkway to the rooms was so small only one at a time could do so. The corridor was so dirty and smelly. The moment we opened the room door we were shocked! The room was nothing like the picture we see on their website. It was small and squeezy, once we opened the additional bed, there is no way we can walk around. The room door has many scratches as if it was pryed opened with equipments before. When we try to leave the hotel for a walk, we couldnt get into the lift cos many people were checking out at that timing. The China tour leader scolded us and told us to take the lift so we will not delay her group taking the lift down. We tried taking the stairs and it was so smelly and dirty. The stairs led us to a dead end, so we tried another stairs down, which was initially blocked up with bags of trash left by the cleaners. My husband has to carry the dirty trash bags and throw them aside so we could walk down. After our short walk, i went to the front desk to request for an additional towel for my little boy, the lady told me that additional towel will be charged at HKD50.00 each. So we proceeded back to the room and found out that the room door was unable to lock and the lock looks like it going to drop off at any moment. We immediately decided to check out even if they dont refund us. I cannot imagine what if a fire or emergency break out, and we will have no where to run or get help.
