Viaggiatori d'affari Italy, 18 gennaio 2013	posizione ottima solo essere centrale 7,7 quando siamo arrivati, visto che avevo pagato con Agoda ci volevano dare una camera organizzata per handicap, con lavabo piu' basso ecc.. comunque diversa dalle ns. richieste, la motivazione era che la tariffa pagata non era alta. Essendoci arrabbiati ci hanno dato la camera da noi prenotata. comunque non e' stato facile convincerli nonostante siamo anche Members di SHeraton. Per cui in questoi hotel sicuramente non ci andremo piu'

Would encourage booking a room in the Towers, which provides Towers breakfast, free internet access, and access to Towers lounge. Staff is excellent. Location is great if you're spending most of your time in Kowloon or just hopping over to Admiralty or Central.

It was private, and very fast service. It would have been a great place to stay for business as well because of the lounge usage, which was great for meetings. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room we had had the oceanview and we loved the breakfast. Overall experience was wonderful. Would stay there again.

Good atmosphere 10 We were very happy to return to our room to find a beautifully written note and a compli bottle of wine for our 45th Wedding Anniversary .
