A convenient hotel for sightseeing and shopping.
Location, access to restaurants, and both taxi and public transit.

It took some moments for our taxi driver at Kowloon Airort Express station to figure out the location of Yi Serviced Apartment. Since we had the location given in Chinese characters, it was okay.
The biggest surprise was the lack of adequate English language skills of the hotel staff.

Great hotel but poor location
Friendly staff, 7-11 and market place is just nearby

The location of this hotel is very poor. All taxi driver do not know where this hotel is located at even when we show them the map. Got to memorise the road well and mention Kimberly Road to the driver and direct him from there. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

Good Apartment Hotel

This is an apartment style hotel so it does have some quirky things. For example, bring your own soap. The hotel only provides a small bottle of "Body Gel" that is not very soapy. There are lots of 7/11 stores around to buy supplies!

This small boutique serviced residence is located in very narrow street. Took me 10 min to wonder around near hotel to find entrance. Shopping Tip: Close to all the shopping places in Tsim Sha Tsui! Great Korean restaurants near to the apartment and good local eateries through out the day.

good location and big room
good location, big room, big bed, clean and spacious

this is the first time i stay at yi. easy to find catering and transportation. big hotel room, feels like home. but there are no cooking equipment only micro wave, wasting the kitchen, bed are comfortable enough, enough tv channel. but still like the hotel because in the middle of tst, not eas to find so big apartment in this price.

A little over rated
Close to transport, good bed, clean rooms

This was my first stay at these appartments. It is an appartment style hotel room. Most things that are standard in hotels, are not supplied in these rooms, not even tissues. The room that I stayed in, was difficult to see the TV from the bed. The hotel manager was helpful, the room was clean and the bed was soft.

Great value super modern service apt., close to shopping,metro,food. Huge bath marble with see through glass, marbel wall whole apt.ggod use of space, partition bedroom with dinning. Very central,but quiet,shopping and metro.goood service.highly recommend ,Yen at Central is sister service apt., will try next time, Yi is much better value
