2nd stay within same month.. better this time.

After a really torrid stay for the first 4 nights of our India trip..with a lot of water leak issues, and a room change..we returned to the same hotel as bookings were done in advance.
This time the staff seemed to be extra cautious about ensuring we dint have any problems..
Super squeaky bed again. Its a shame that they would be so insensitive to not bother to check the beds before giving it to atleast a couple. Appalling sensitivity levels.
On one occasion we had a guy ring the bell at 23:40 hours..and yes we were busy then.. I answer the door and a man hands me three bottles of water , says sorry and scurries away. I checked with the housekeeping and reception about this and they just did not have an answer to this.
Over all Id say its an ok hotel. One of the better ones in New bombay. But 8 nights in the same month and I am unsure if I will go back to the same place again with my partner. For solo trips this is a good option in new bombay.
Pool was 'under maintenance' as usual.

5. it's in Navi Mumbai, far away from city center.

only a Macdonald nearby. you have to stay in hotel for dinner.

Fortune Select Exotica Navi Hotel
just the fact that it has a good brand name

overall disappointing
- No one at the hotel entrance to help with luggage
- overpriced rooms
- Nothing special possible for repeat guests of Fortune hotels
- Small size rooms (smaller that what is available in greater mumbai for the same price band)
- Dirty carpets
- Breakfast opens late!
- Its apparent that they have very few staff who are overworked

Lovely Hotel but bad location

everything about the hotel is good except mosquito that makes my sleepless nite and that i booked couple's room but only i could make it and was told that i can only stay as one person with one dinner even though i have paid agoda for two. no refund can be made and was told to get back to agoda instead of them. but even so, i should be entitle for two dinners.

i stayed at fortune select exotica for 4 nights and found it pleasant and comfortable. the staff is well trained and friendly. the room amenities are good , standards for house keeping is good. the size of the standard room is small though.
in room wi fi is high speed ( which is a must to stay connected with work for me).
overall i would recommend this hotel and my next trip to nm i would be checking in there again

The Hotel was good, ... but not great.

Hi all. For any that needs to do business in Navi Mumbai, a good hotel. But not a great hotel. The service was "in your face" good. Too "in your face", ... meaning once in a while just leave me alone.... The rooms were nice. But a great hotel takes pains to make sure that the rooms are perfectly clean,... not just cleaned.
10cents a page to print something (too expensive).
The food was very good (I recommend you stay away from the chicken dishes however), and outrageously expensive. One person with with water and a beer €70 ($90). Come on,... this is India we are talking about. Do yourself a favor, go to any restaurant, not in the Hotels, as the food will be of great quality and half the price.
The so called shopping centers next door are empty shells of what could be in the future. Limited to 8 shops where 50 could be.
There is nothing else around to walk to however. Again in 10 years this will be a hopping area. but not yet.
Suggerimento:
Would I stay again at this hotel or recommend this hotel to others, ... a qualified yes. Only if you are doing business in Navi Mumbai.

在印度这算是比较干净的酒店了，酒店位置一般，不属于新孟买的市中心，打车很不方便。酒店比较新，房间不大，不过最近在修路。饮食一般般，卫生，但是菜品不怎么换。

比较新而且干净的宾馆，位置不太好，打车非常不容易，早餐和晚餐很不习惯，印度美食无法享受，房间装饰的不错，就是有点小，服务还算可以吧
