Famiglie con figli piccoli Finland, 7 febbraio 2013	Fairly responsible accommodation service wonderful location on the beach (Cuba Premium Bungalows) 8 We were booked two rooms in Palolem Beach Resort for four nights but there were no rooms available? “It Happens In India” With reasonable additional charge we get two, almost double prized Cuba Premium Bungalows on the beach, managed by same company. No hard feelings. For airport lift we ask to order a spacious cab because we were group of four with heavy luggage. In the morning we find small problem because that cab were broken and just a saloon, owned by one of the staff was available. “It Happens In India” Things tend to get solved ;-)

We got AC, but not WiFI. The shower head was clogged completely and didn't get repaired for two days. There was not servicing of the rooms without requesting it-and even then we had to request TP and water. The hotel requires maintenance! The grounds are lovely. The beach is fine. Be aware that the dolphin viewing boat arranged through the recommendation of the hotel was double beach prices, expect R350.

Gruppi Australia, 29 aprile 2012	Nice, perfect location Location, to one side right on the beach (midde), and to the other side right on the main shopping street. 8,7 Nice place, no dramas, only have internet in the cafe' not in the rooms. There are however cheaper places with same standard of rooms all over the place. Probably best to stay here if you have a family/children, secure, and slightly closed off from everything.
