Good Quiet Hotel
The 3 pools,Quiet at night, 24 hour security

My stay was good. This hotel is Halla / approved food for Muslims so you wont find bacon or pork products on the menu. If you need bacon and eggs for breakfast there is a American dinner across the road. If you want a quiet/ peaceful place to stay rather than Kuta this hotel is good.

quiet stay, sparce rooms, no equipment

certainly not grand
staff were excellent in most ways, but lacking in others.
"upgraded" to a 3 room accommodation from the 2 room, but dissapointed in several ways, you get what looks like a small kitchen with plenty of cupboard space but everything is bare, no contents, paint/plaster is bubbled on the wall like there is damp in areas.
room service wash the floors daily but never clean below the bed or behind headboards.
shower tiles were grubby/grout vile in places and the shower head was so full of scale it looked white.
when we walked down to the restaurant at night never any customers at the tables or staff behind the bar so we were never enticed in for food or refreshments.
welcome drink was a small glass of fruit juice which turned out to be from the breakfast selection so not excitement enticed.
There was always a member of staff at the Tour/taxi table but when we went to organise a trip she went to get a man who we recognised from the bunch of men who stood outside asking "taxi boss" he said would organise the trip but would be $15 each to take us there, even though in the brochures the tour states they will pick you from the hotels, so never trusted anything after that day.
pools are excellent
all staff are friendly.

Good Value for Group Travellers

Its convenient to have kitchen and living room area but the second bedroom was very small. It only has 1 share bath-room for both rooms. Strategic location to the city area and near the airport.

Very relexing and plenty room in the 3 pools.
The buffet on "silent day", the service at the front desk.

Overall our stay was pretty good, but a few things could
do with improvment. Pool ecsess for older guest very hard,
special to go out of the pools.
