Hotel piacevole,ben curato,servizio eccellente

il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato molto piacevole, in posizione comoda, nei dintorni si trova ogni genere di attività. la nostra camera era molto grande (bungalow villa), immersa in un grande giardino molto ben curato. il servizio camere è eccellente. la colazione abbondante e ottima, forse un pò cara se non si prenota con colazione inclusa. il ristorante sulla spiaggia è uno dei punti forti, unico neo il forte vento che caratterizza sanur. il tratto di spiaggia davanti all'hotel non è il massimo, ma prendendo la camminata sulla spiaggia verso nord si incontrano spiaggette carine con possibilità di affittare ombrelloni e lettini a poco prezzo.

L'hotel è situato direttamente sulla spiaggia di Sanur ed ha camere spaziose e pulite per gli standard indonesiani (ne abbiamo viste diverse...). La posizione è comoda e lo staff è gentile (ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto per il nostro check out alle 3.30 am)
Sugg. su attrazioni:
Sanur è una zona tranquilla di Bali, molto diversa da Kuta, Legian o Seminyak; tuttavia come in tutto il sud Bali il mare non è in stile "maldive" come molti si aspettano: la barriera corallina è lontana da riva e battuta da forte onde adatte al surf e sport acquatici

Relaxing, comfortable and staff are fantastic

I loved this hotel. Coming from a very busy hotel this one was nice and quiet to relax. The staff were very helpful from the front counter to the restaurant on the beach. The rooms were large and comfortable, the bathroom was very large with the toilet and shower separate! We are already planning our next stay at this hotel as we didn't think we spent enough time there.

Tired hotel that is overpriced for what you get.

Great location however there was major construction going on next door that went on from 8am to 8pm every day including holidays which we were not alerted to. Rooms are tired and the breakfast ok at best. Seems they are charging the price for the location but the rooms just do not match up. We had an Ebook reader disappear from beside the bed and the hotel will not accept that we did anything other than lose it elsewhere by saying that the staff are impeccably honest. Friendly but very tired.

Great family hotel

Our family of 4 stayed here recently, 2 adults and 2 kids. We booked a family room and I have to say I was very surprised at the quality of the room. It was very nicely furnished and the bathroom was very big. It had a separate bath and an 'outdoor' shower. The air conditioning worked very well. There was also a TV but we hardly used it.
The rooms and grounds were kept spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned every morning and there was always somebody busy around the place doing something. We had a nice breakfast included each morning which we ate in the restaurant on the beach. It was not a buffet but there was a choice of fruit, eggs, toast, waffles, juice, tea and coffee. Tea and coffee were available all day in the lobby and for an hour in the afternoon in the restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and always giving us a smile and saying hello, the staff at reception were also helpful and happy to answer any questions.
Yes the pools were in need of renovation but they were fine to cool off in the hot afternoons. I had the impression that they were working on minor renovations throughout the hotel while we were there such as re-tiling the verandahs and I felt our room may have been recently renovated. Hopefully they will get to the pools eventually. It would certainly not prevent me from staying here again, it was a well priced option in a good location. The only downfall to me was that there was only wifi in the lobby. It worked in the restaurant as well for the first couple of days and then stopped. It would be an extra bonus to have it available in the rooms.

Only a Budget Hotel

Be careful with this hotel. The location is good, the staff helpful and the restaurant is well situated overlooking the beach. However I would not recommend swimming in the sea off the beach as it is very dirty - as are the three pools in the grounds. The room was just about adequately furnished albeit in dire need of renovation and the bed was the most uncomfortable we slept in on our travels. Veranda privacy is also minimal. I would not wish to return.

Delightful Balinese style hotel in a super locatio

We enjoyed every minute. The towels, sheets and mattress in our room was a bit dated, but the location and beach restaurant made up for the shortcomings. I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends
