Viaggiatori d'affari Indonesia, 2 marzo 2013	not bad near kuta beach, near shopping area, short walk to the beach 6 We took this condotel because we went with group of people (9 persons) so we booked a penthouse (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen) for 3D 2N. Actually the hotel is quite clean but no facilities at all. They provide small TV in living room with limit channel, no breakfast provided and no inhouse restaurant but luckily the minimarket is just beside the hotel open until late at night (not 24 hours though). Swimming pool is small, dirty and has a cockroache inside. Service is quite good but we had problem to find frontdesk's number because no information provided on the phone. I just guessing random number but didn't work so gave up and go down to frontdesk. First Master room quite spacious with king size bed and bathtub and shower in bathroom but its separate from main building, its on backside, we need to go out from backdoor first. Second Master room is quite small though, we can not open the cupboard while open the door. The bathroom has bathtub/shower. Common room also small only double single bed and cupboard. Common bathroom just opposite common room has shower only. This hotel is only suitable for group of people or just for business not else. Its within Kuta/Legian/Seminyak area.
Fauris D. Gruppi Indonesia, 2 marzo 2013	not bad walking distance to the beach, centraly located, near by crowd 6 The place is a 2 star at best property. In the states we call these motel 6. We were to stay 5 nights but checked out after 1, it was not easy to get our money back for 100% of the remainder of the stay. While the people that work the place are nice, taking care of the property, making sure everything is in working order needs to come 1st. The pool is very small and not the cleanest more then 4 people would make it tight, the noise from the market dj at night is crazy, and the bathrooms in the rooms are moldy. The view from the 3rd floor is for the faint of heart, it broke my heart looking out at the village. Also its a far drive from Kuta Beach, need to stay closer if your a tourist.

We choose it since it quite close with the Kuta Beach. Overall the hotel its okay. Not bad at all, it just been ruined by the unprofessional cleaning service. The second day when we back to the hotel, the towels that supposedly 6 pieces, left became 5 pieces. And we never mind with it since we thought it been cleaned by them. But the problem its when we checked out, the officer who check the rooms, said why the towels left 5 pieces. It should be organized or coordinated work between cleaning service and the officer. Our mistake didn't complain from the first time since we want to be polite and don't want questioned the little things. But it become lesson for us to complain at very first time if the same things happen in the future. We just don't like been accused for things we didn't do. So we asked them checked inside our bag. And they were very ashamed for it and apologize to us.
