Gianluca R. Coppie Italy, 22 agosto 2012	bella posizione, camera da rivedere spiaggia molto bella 6,7 Bella posizione, spiaggia incantevole e bel mare molto pulito . Da rivedere i lettini che cadono a pezzi ed assolutamente insufficienti se l'hotel e' pieno !!! Discreta scelta per il cibo, potendo utilizzare anche i ristoranti dell'hotel Banyan tree , adiacente all'angsana, unico problema alle 22.30 chiude tutto anche i bar, dalle 23 e' tutto deserto !!! Le camere hanno vista mare ma un arredamento dozzinale, assolutamente non all'altezza di un 5 stelle ! La vicinanza di Singapore rende tutto troppo caro per essere in Indonesia i prezzi sono tutti in dollari americani !
Alessio F. Coppie Italy, 4 gennaio 2011	Hotel piacevole pulizia e servizio 7,7 L'hotel era confortevole. Le camere ampie e la pulizia di certo non mancava. Tutti erano molto gentili e servizievoli. I due ristoranti presenti nella struttura erano validi, piatti molto curati e tutto molto buono. Peccato però che si facevano pagare.Nei dintorni della struttura non c'è un granchè da fare,specialmente la sera. Nel complesso è un luogo da spenderci qualche giorno in coppia per assoluto relax. Sugg. sull'Hotel: consiglio un massaggio nella struttura dello SPA. Notevole veramente.

Prima colazione ben fornito e ben presentato. Personale sempre cordiali. Stanze ampie e pulite. Abbiamo mangiato bene la sera al ristorante ma fuori 10 con taxi si puo mangiare per meno. I taxi sono sempre da chiamare. Alcuni spa fuori del resort costa la meta dello spa nell albergo e ti vengonno anche a prendere. La reception no poneva nessun problema di prenotare questo tipo di servizio. Spiaggia molto bella! ci andrai ancora. Sugg. sulla vita notturna: Solo Relax!

We booked a deluxe queen but was disappointed when we got to the room. First night because of the roof structure, water constantly poured int the balcony making it impossible to sit outside.

Leanne F. Viaggiatori singoli Canada, 21 aprile 2013	Gorgeous Beach at Singapore Prices Pool, beach, staff 8,3 Coming from Singapore it is very easy to get to Bintan by resort ferry. At the ferry terminal I was met by staff from the resort. Check-in was lovely with a very attentive staff. The rooms are large with very comfy beds. The rooms and bathrooms are showing their age. The mirrors all have damage from the sea air. The white furniture is marked up. I would not consider it 5 star, but definitely comfy. We upgraded to two room suite. EAch room had a walk out patio and led to the pool. Sadly the patio doors couldn't be locked so we still had to exit and walk around to the pool. The staff was lovely. Very attentive. The gym was outdated and not cleaned properly. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Generally I found the food and drinks very expensive. Definitely Singapore prices ++ There is a shuttle to the ferry... but the times don't work for the return so we had to arrange our own transport. The best thing about the hotel is hte pool and beach which are both kept very well and are beautiful.

Coppie United States of America, 31 marzo 2013	It was a great long weekend getaway Easty to get to from Singapore, The Beach, The Staff 10 It was a very relaxing stay, between the wonderful clean beach and an amazing massage at the spa, it was just a perfect way to spend a long weekend, at any time that we needed something, the staff was right there with it. We found the Staff to be every attentive and always with a smile.
