posizione non buona e servizio poco cortese

l'hotel non gode di un'ottima posizione, è piuttosto lontano dal centro ed il personale parla poco inglese, soprattutto lo staff del ristorante. nonostante tutto abbiamo notato un grande sforzo nel soddisfare le nostre necessità, ma solo da parte di qualcuno.
Sugg. sullo shopping:
nella città di Medan sono poche le attrazioni turistiche, che purtroppo si riducono a qualche centro commerciale a circa cinque chilometri dall'hotel in direzione centro, dove può essere divertente spendere qualche ora.

The hotel is OK, but the environment is nothing, you must ask for the price before you eat near by restaurants or foods court, if not, they will charge you double or triple from the original price. Near by taxi not following the taxi meter and normally will charge double and above from the original price ha.

Simple, centrally located, comfortable room. Also has a 24hr minimart within the hotel, and the Jl Semarang Chinese Street Food is just behind the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to Pajak Ikan, Medan Mall, Istana Maimun, Masjid Raya (all within 500m to 1km walk). Tjong Ah Fie Mansion too. Merdeka Walk is walkable distance too
