The hotel rooma and bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. The only thing to enjoy in the room is the bed, which is really comfy. The food at the breakfast lounge is surprisingly good. Don't go for the look, as it may not look interesting, but be a little bit advanterous, and they really are good. I tasted a little bit of everything, and and they are all nice.

Gruppi United States of America, 15 settembre 2012	Older hotel with good staff helpfull staff 7,7 first, i'll say that i was there during a major event in the city in september- the pon-- indonesian national games -- and all the hotels were totally full. this said, i thought that the staff- especially conceirge and reception did a great job of handling a mix of athletes, vips and regular travellers (as myself). i had tried to change to a twin bedded room, but wasn't able to, due to the full capacity-- but again, this is a one time event issue. i felt that the breakfast was really weak in international choices, and the one other meal i ate there was fine-- again, service being pleasant throughout.

Viaggiatori singoli Indonesia, 31 luglio 2012	Big and Old hotel well prepare , lovely staff 7,7 My first visit to Pekan Baru, weather was hot outside. but Hotel was quite big (5star) with lovely staff and very helpful. i have problem with Aircon not cool enough, asking for changing room and immediately was change with better one. overall.. price are reasonable and very easy to get taxi.

Check-in very efficient, staff polite and friendly. Room was bigger than normal. Very good bed, air-conditioner working well and quiet. Swimming pool open till 10 pm. Restaurant has good choice of food and drinks, incl. their very tasty and original Padang muda warm drink. Hotel is 10 mins away from the airport, hotel provides transportation at reasonable price.
