Good hotel for business traveller as the location is strategic. Everything is OK except the phone signal and internet connection were too bad/slow. Price is OK.

City center, not a maritius standard

The mantainance of the room not too good, not maritius standard, the b'fast very little selecton and bad quality ,do not have an exsecutive lounge for the suite room guess, small swimming pool, the only good service and good quality of the food and drink service is at the lounge. Need alot of improvement on everythings to chatch up with the real Maritus standard

We really liked this hotel. It has large room, great bathroom, nice bathup. We could also access the city shoppi ng center and local restaurant very easily. The value for money was great.

it was a pleasant stay at Meritus. big room, modern design, bath tub, free internet (both LAN and wifi), clean room, and a working table. I will definitely recommend this hotel to those who will come to Surabaya. definitely worth every penny.

Nice hotel but unfortunately bad service

Our stay was great except fro the staff service were bad. Miscommunication between them during check in, only 1 staff during peak hour of check out. But the hotel has nice large room and nice buffet breakfast. Good location at city centre near the shopping malls

My second stay in this very comfortable hotel was excellent. We were staying for a relaxing weekend, so the availability of good restaurant and an excellent inhouse spa was a plus. Room service, even at 3 a.m., is prompt and freshly produced food is delivered.
The room is very comfortable, in no way is it clustered. The desk with comfortable office seat makes it possible to work easily - without the need to go to the business centre. The only point which can on occasion be annoying is the WiFi. One night I needed to reconnect a number of time.

Everything about this hotel is good however there are few improvement can be made regarding of staff friendliness and attentiveness. More waiter/ess placed during breakfast will be great. And last but not least please change your pillow to better one.........it's not comfortable at all.

This hotel performed as expected. You arrive, the staff is friendly, check in is a matter of a few minutes, cases are brought up to the room. Checkout is also a matter of a few minutes only.
The room was very comfortable. Size wise it is more than sufficient, also the bathroom does not feel cramped. It is easy to spend a whole day in the hotel. The bed is comfortable, the water is instantly warm, the amenities provided are nice and in sufficient quantity. Internet works fine, and it is quiet. PErfect to spend a weekend away from it all.
The breakfast menu is standard. Nothing to write home about, but good quality. Room service, even at 3 a.m., is quick and fresh. Prices are acceptable. The drinks in the mini bar are free of charge.
