I found this wonderful gem of a hotel on this site as I saw that it was centrally located and indeed it was! The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The staff especially the maids were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Close to Gion train station and Canal City Mall was across the street.

great for business travellers or anyone visiting Hakata/Fukuoka area, great location right across from the Canal City mall and 5 minutes walk to/from Hakata station. Gion/Hakata station takes you to everywhere. recommend anyone visiting fukuoka to stay at hotel com's. friendly staff too.

The room is too small. It's located a bit far from Hakata main railway station but you can get off at Gion, the next station, if you come from the airport or travel by train. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel.

The hotel is near Gion subway station. Make sure you don't get off at Hakata--the main station of Fukuoka. The room is rather small compared to many hotels in Japan I had stayed. It's clean and convenient though.

Great location for a night in transit

This is a simple hotel with no surprises on the plus or minus sides. You will get what you pay for: a small room with functional amenities. I would not spend a holiday here, but for a night in transit it will suffice. I walked across the street to Canal City, enjoyed some food and drinks and then had a decent sleep in my room. There are also a couple of street venders next to the hotel if you want to sit outside and enjoy a bowl of noodles and a beer. Very close to Hakata Station if you are travelling by train. This place was right outside of the nice mall. The room was small but it is the average size for japanese. Would highly recommended this place. Friendly staff and really quick service.

Hotel was fine, nut i orders à non smoking room and got à smoking room. We had to sleep in that room 1 night because they were fullly booked. The bed was Very hard!'
