The room was nice, good sized, and reasonably priced considering the dates we stayed. I would have liked it if the walls were a bit thicker, but it didn't keep me awake. Only real down-side was that the room was too warm for my tastes even once we turned the thermostat down, but that's Japanese hotels anywhere for me. I would certainly stay here again. Sugg. sull'Hotel: Great hotel for if you have an early morning flight, or don't mind your base being slightly out from the city. Easy to get to and from.

Viaggiatori singoli United States of America, 10 febbraio 2013	Wonderful hotel at a decent location The service desk was good and the onsen was very nice. 8,3 The rooms were just the right size for a single traveler and they have everything you need in them. The onsen was definitely my favorite part of the hotel! It's a bit out of the way of Sapporo, but the Chitose train station is really close. Sugg. su attrazioni: This isn't a bad place to stay during the Sapporo Snow Festival

Hotel is very far from JR chitose station. but to new chitose airport is no long distance. Sugg. sulla cucina: Restaurants are very nice in Sapporo station

Free Parking & free usage of massage chairs. 2,3 stayed for a day at gran terrace, the room was so squeezy, you could barely fit a mid size luggage bag past the front door. the planning of the room was horrible, dressing table with a chair pulled out would mean that you would have to climb over someone's bed to get to the other side. since the room was already that squeezy, they decided to add in a stupid sofa, coffee table and an arm chair. the architect who designed the room should have been shot.....alot. the room was so hot and stuffy that we had to constantly go down to the lobby to breathe in cold air, try sitting in a sauna for an hour and you will get what i mean. they do not have windows that can be opened, therefore we were unable to ventilate the room. called the front desk a couple of times which no one bothered to pick up and when someone did they told me that during winter, only the heating system is available. that's the dumbest thing for a hotel to do in winter. i highly do not recommend this hotel. Sugg. sull'Hotel: Find a better hotel, your hard earn money deserves to be spent else where.

Selling point 7 I just want to get some Convenience airport hotel for 1 night stay then catch my early flight for next day. Even this hotel can not reach chitose airport by walking distance, but they do provide Shuttle bus service to/from airport. Room is clean and tidy enough. Sugg. sullo shopping: Maybe can catch some last minutes shopping bacause near outlet mall.
