near airport, but small
convenient transportation to airport

When we get to the nearby subway station, there is no elevator to access the hotel. You need to walk a big circle to the hotel with the luggage. The hotel members were helpful. The room was clean, but VERY small. The "hotspring" at the 2nd floor was small but very crowded.

Abit far away from the new airport but only 30mins
Lovely Staffs who would helpwith almost everything as long as you ask.Airport pick up to hotel who will assist with baggage.People are just so,locely and olite.

Lovely.Would love to be there again.Food are tastety and no expensive. Services are amazing. Except the fact that hotel in Japan arent that. Big but small room non smoking is fairly enough space for two.

Great, easy-access hotel with value for money

Everything was above satisfactory. It was close to the station, airport, and very clean. The value for money was excellent. Of course the room was small, but I stayed by myself and it was perfect for sleeping in for one night.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it was much better than the first. This room although facing the train tracks was much more silent than the last room. This hotel has a lot to offer for such a great price, its close to some great restaurants (I recommend Hanaichi 871) or convenience stores as well. the train is accessible within a 3-5 minute (just up the escalators). The only inconvenience is that there is no escalator going down, so if you have really heave luggage it might be a problem, otherwise this place is a little piece of paradise in Narita.
