Hotel in ottima posizione.
Posizione e cortesia alla reception

Da evitare le camere standard che non valgano la spesa vista la qualità offerta, camere vecchie e bisognose di un deciso rinnovamento. La posizione è molto comoda, il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi a pochi minuti di distanza.

Macao, tra modernita' e decadentismo ...
Vicinanza al centro storico (5-10 minuti a piedi da Largo do Senado); posizione defilata e abbastanza tranquilla; cortesia del personale.

L'albergo e' situato in una posizione piuttosto comoda, ad una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Macao, defilata dal caos dei percorsi generalmente battuti dai turisti. Il personale e' cordiale, anche se e' stata riscontrata una certa difficolta' da parte di alcuni dipendenti a comprendere e parlare Inglese. Si consiglia ai turisti stranieri di chiedere un upgrade alle camere situate ai piani piu' alti dell'albergo: sono state recentemente restrutturate e sono leggermente piu' spaziose delle camere standard.

Highly Recommended Hotel - Value for Money

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Sun Sun Hotel. We were given a room in the 14th floor, and all our requests were granted - one large bed, non-smoking, late check in. The staff was very friendly - many were Filipinos, so we were able to converse with them well and they were very helpful when we asked questions such as directions to a place, the nearest bus stop and shuttle, and so on. The location is definitely an advantage - the hotel is walking distance to the city center (Senado Square) and other popular sites such as the Ruins of St. Paul. There are also nearby food stores where you can get good food at an affordable price. We'd stay here again if given the chance!

Although the room was clean the hotel is a little dated and the bathroom plugs need replacing - however the reception area has been completely renovated and the new coffee shop is open until 11pm. The TV was very small and offset from the bed (room only had one chair) but the reception was good - the hotel is being renovated over time and these things will no doubt be included in the upgrade.
