Excellent Experience at Conrad Macau

We went to Conrad Macau in June to celebrate my grandma's birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by polite staffs, who are all very attentive ALL THE WAY from arrival to checking in to showing us to our room. Wonderfully service !
Rooms are spacious and modern and housekeeping services are excellent as well.
Special thanks to Mr. Chandran Morgon for arranging a small surprise for my grandma and also made the already wonderful experience in Conrad even better !
A truly 5 star experience, not only because of the beautiful hotel, but also because of the excellent services provided by ALL the staffs in the hotel. Thank you very much ! ! !
We will definitely stay in Conrad again when we visit Macau again !

Exceptional staff service, good food.
Travelling with 2 young kids (3 yrs and 7-mo old). Hotel provided a free cot and other goodies for our baby. Other needs are anticipated - newspaper language, check-in experience w/ facilities tour.

Over-all a great place in terms of the room quality and the service. Some points to consider:
1/ Wifi is not free. Nearby competing hotels provide this for free.
2/ Check-out time at 11:00AM. Quite early as compared to other hotels. Spoke to the concierge, and they mentioned that that is the standard at "their" hotel. Anyway, was able to move this to the usual 12:00NN.
3/ Bar located at the Sheraton pools, which play loud music at night. Not really disturbing, but could still be heard.

Got free upgrade to high floor city view, plus complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary. Cake is large and delicious, plus a hand-written card from Relationship Manager to congratulate us.
Great baby amenities - baby cot, baby bathtub, baby slippers, bib, dry powder, diaper, toiletries, plastic to prevent baby sucking finger into socket, milk warmer, bottle steamer. The manager gave our daughter a Conrad panda doll which is very lovely.
Super great staff. Special thanks to the Japanese staff Ken who explained things clearly. Room service is also very quick.
Very comfortable and clean room. Lovely Conrad duck, bear and candies as souvenir. Happy to see the ducks in large size at the swimming pool.
Great buffet breakfast @ Grand Orbit. Definitely worth that price.
Highly recommend if you travel with baby. Miss this hotel badly now.
