Overall the room looks clean and tidy and simple.

Tis allowed us to make arrangement to have lunch before coming back for the check in instead of us having to go to the counter and be informed the same ting. Service was generally alright except for the inconsistent service of the lift guards. However, that aside, it was a 8/10 experiecne!

Viaggiatori d'affari United Kingdom, 9 maggio 2013	Good option if doing business in Cotai Nice swimming pool deck, nice breakfast at the Conrad lobby (in the same tower), relatively good value 8,7 Overall a good place to stop a night in Macau especially when doing business in Cotai, as I was. One suggestion for improvement would be to review the price of in-room internet which at MOP$160 was exorbitant, so I didn't bother using it.
