so far so good, only is the building is old. Due t

Clean and comfy
Very near to restos and only 10mins walk to Ruins of St paul, senado square, monte farto etc...

Worth the price
Room is clean but lobby's cleanliness could be improved. Very near to Senado Square with just 5 - 10 mins walking.

great location,convenience to take public transport and easy to communicate
I stay here for 2nights with my parents, is a bit overcharge although in peak season because it is really old and not much facilities supple like no refrigerator inside the room .

Disappointed
Disappointed. The lady at the recept was not helpful (since she don't seem to speak english) tried to call to ask for directions and she hanged up the phone. The guy was helpful, im grateful for him. He tried his best to accomodate me. Also they didn't heed to my request (non-smoking room). Hotel receptionists should at least know how to speak english. sorry. and if not, well at least shouldn't be rude. Or maybe should indicate during online booking that recept can't communicate well.
