Sheer perfection!
Comfortable beds, attentive staff, easy access to everything

I loved this hotel! From the moment I walked in after a delayed flight and late in the evening, the Staff went above and beyond to answers questions, provide advice, and attend to any/every request. It is an easy walk to Senado Square and you can hop on a bus to any place you want to visit. There is ample shopping just outside. The rooms are lovely and so very comfortable. GREAT place to stay!

I had a decent stay. Unfortunately no free internet in the rooms. Free wifi in the lobby area. Paid wired internet in the rooms. Good guidebooks to introduce Macau. Room had a funny smell.

Didn't let me check-in until 1:30. Concierge was not helpful in pointing out places to eat. Otherwise its a good hotel in a great location next to a lot of the major casinos in that area.
