Ottima accoglienza e buon servizio
Pur essendo in un punto di grande passaggio è molto tranquillo

Per i turisti Kota Kinabalu è solo un posto di transito.
Il lungo mare dove si affaccia anche l'hotel dovrebbe essere più valorizzato e curato.

ottima soluzione
l'hotel è in buona posizione, pulito, stanze spaziose e confortevoli (la nostra non aveva la finestra però), aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, colazione sufficiente

Non è sicuramente un 5 stelle ma è confortevole e il personale cortese, le camere sembrano nuove anche se la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare e nn c'è la finestra in bagno. Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

I enjoyed my stay just that the toilet has no hand held bidet. Other than that, there is something to be done with the carpet outside the room, it has some smell. But the hotel is really good walking distance to everything - food, local night market, Suria shopping mall, the Waterfront, Phillipines market and even the jetty (we walked to and fro for our island hopping activity)

Had a pleasant stay at Best Western. Staffs are friendly and helpful, we request for early check-in and the staff fulfilled our needs in a short time. Well location to access to shopping area and quite some number of nice restaurant. Walking distance to bar street as well.

Comfortable. However, wifi connection was very patchy and easily disconnected. Breakfast selection lack variety but enough to fill you till lunch. Requested staff for toiletries but they never came.
