Stay At MS Hoptel over weekending 6th to 7th August 2016
This is my second stay at MSH this year and the experience this time round was awful. Reasons:- 1) Hotel was under renovation. 2) My Hotel Room was very very badly maintained. there was hair (not mine) on my bed, stuck on the pillows. 3) There was no bath towels provided. Handtowels provided had stains and dirty marks on them. 4) There was only one piece of soap that required me to share that solitary bar of soap between the shower and basin. 5) The toilet seat pan was strange. After using it I discovered I had hives like marks on my tighs and buttocks that came into contact with it. I experienced the very same issue on my first stay at MSH and I conclude that either the seat pan is filthy with full of some kind of germs or that its wiped with some very caustic detergent that caused my skin irritation. In conclusion, I won't be staying at MSH ever again. I am so very disappointed. It literally ruin my otherwise enjoyable holiday at Kuantan last weekend. Somehow I get the feeling that the rooms are never properly cleaned and serviced between stays. I booked 2 rooms (Deluxe ones at that) this time and I had to wait almost 1 hour before given my room. Awful!

We were not informed that it was under renovation during booking, so it's rather messy and noisy, anyway, look forward to see the new design and facilities in near future
