Piccolo hotel, discreto ma non da 4 stelle

L'hotel si presenta con un design innovativo, tuttavia alcuni particolari, soprattutto nella camera non sono ben rifiniti.
La camera ed il bagno (comunicanti tramite una porta/finestra) sono spaziosi. La pulizia è un po' superficiale (qualche formica in bagno). Mancano alcuni accessori da bagno, spesso presenti in altri hotel a 4 stelle (es. spazzolino e dentifricio).
In camera c'è una buona ricezione della rete wifi (veloce). Il frigorifero funzionava male.
La colazione offre poca scelta, soprattutto occidentale. Essendo alla carta, e con un solo ragazzo che cucina e prende le ordinazioni, si rischia di aspettare troppo tempo.
L'hotel si trova in una buona posizione per visitare la città, ed offre una buona scelta di ristoranti nei dintorni (es. Top Spot, Bla Bla Bla). La disponibilità del servizio navetta per l'aeroporto può essere limitata dalla carenza di personale: nel nostro caso non abbiamo potuto usufruirne né all'arrivo né alla partenza.
Personale disponibile e pronto a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare la città ed i dintorni. Ottima l'accoglienza all'arrivo.

Piccolo Hotel curato dal personale delizioso

il batik è un piccolo edificio nel centro di kuching: l'interno è molto curato, le camere spaziose e ben pulite. il vero punto di forza, oltre ai precedenti che sono imprescindibili, è la disponibilità corte e sorridente dell'intera crew- sono per lo più giovani che non mancano di farti capire che desiderano poterti essere d'aiuto, anche solo per dei suggerimenti: a noi hanno comunque organizzato 3 giorni di gite varie con la massima serietà!
unica nota non all'altezza del resto la colazione: c'è tutto ciò che serve in effetti, ma potrebbero curarla di più.
vivamente consigliato se si apprezza un servizio cordiale e non impersonale...
Sugg. sulla cucina:
Se alloggiate al Batik andate a cenare da Top Spot: pesce freschissimo che ti cucinano come vuoi ad un prezzo imbattibile.

hotel nuovo con grandi camere

l'albergo ha un'ottima posizione a soli 5-10min di cammino dal fiume. alcuni centri commerciali nei dintorni e diverse possibilità di trovare buoni ristoranti così come il bazar del cibo.l'albergo non possiede una vera e propria reception ma ci sono sempre membri dello staff all'entrata.

Excellent hospitality & relaxing atmosphere

i had a very memorable and happy stay at the hotel. They provided an excellent and prompt response time to my short notice email requesting for a free pick up from airport, served a yummy chilled rice wine as a welcome drink, and i was pleasantly surprised to see the large airy cool decor room. i love the marbled tiles as it brings a lot of character to the overall room concept. Walking distance to malls, pub and F&B are less than 10min. Ladies will feel secured at the immediate vicinity. I will definitely recommend this boutique hotel to all budget to mid range conscious travelers!

Awesome Hotel with Awesome Staff of Great Hearts

It was a wonderful stay definitely thruout our holiday. Actually it began quite early as through the weeks prior to our departure. She planned on the suggested places of interests there and asked for the recommended transport company to bring us for tour and shopping throughout our stay in Sarawak. She not only gave a list of places to go and what to do but she also went all out to do the transportation booking for us and gave us a summarise total for the cost of each trip (transport,entrance fees)! That definitely put my wife at ease! also helped to order a cake as a surprise for my birthday...that came indeed as a surprise! a wonderful guy who helped us to check in, arrange the surprise birthday cake, provide the videos for us so indeed a great guy. Not only that, the rest of the staff especially also left a deep impression on us. Thank you Team Batik Boutique Hotel for your warmth hospitality towards us. Will definitely come back!!

Small friendly hotel with wonderful service

We (wife and I and daughter) has a wonderful stay at Batik. As it was our first time in Kuching, they were very hospitable and provided excellent advice on day trips and tours. Free wifi and airport transfers were greatly appreciated. Conveniently located near Waterfront, main bazaar and Topspot Food Court.
