Overall is very nice. easy to find the location after exist the Highway Tol. Plenty of the carpark and just next to petrol station if you are travel by car. just a 10 minute to the town center of Taiping. Nearby the common 24hrs fastfood if you are hungry during midnight.The bed is nice, air conditioning are good, shower is perfect.
But something need to highlight is the desk is dusty and the window/mirror is full of thumbprint.
But is still a high recommended for this hotel for my family and friend

Clean and Spacious Room
The room is very Spacious and clean. Free Wifi and aircon runs well all nite only the pillow is too soft otherwise no complain.

The Potato Hotel is accessible easily from the highway via Changkat Jering exit.
Check-in was abreeze and hotel room was ready and clean. They provide an empty jar and glass. You need to take water from the water dispenser at the receptionist floor if you need it. No mineral water provide so it is better for you to bring your own incase you are given higher floor as I didnt see any lift there.
I wouldnt mind to stay there again.

Taiping Lake Garden is a must visit. You will find peace there. Taiping is where you can find Malaysia many first. First Railway Station, First Prison, First Post Office. And dont forget the First Galleria. You will learn more here beside the first museum in Malaya. A lot of the building were colonial building and you will be amazed on the architectural work way back to 1879.
Oh do try the famous dessert, Chendol Ansari. I cant remember where is the location exactly, but you can always ask the local as its very famous.

have big room but tv so small. don't have astro. ion. hilter shower not funtional. don't have hilter drink n set tea. so far ok.... just 3/10 point.

Great location if you have a car

The hotel is located at Simpang, half way between Taiping and Kuala Sepetang. If you plan to visit these two places and have a car, this is suitable for you.

reasonable price & good location

first day i was staying with my parent. the room space is good and the bed is new & comfortable. my parent and i was really happy to stay in this hotel.the next day i change another double room with 2 single bed and stay another 2 night with my brother in law.he is from finland and had a sweet dream there.the only minor problem was some strange smell floating in early morning.
overall still worth staying in this potato hotel.will stay in there when next visit.

Hotel baru dan menarik
Bilik yang saya menginap agak luas dan bersih.

Tiada kemudahan almari untuk meletakkan pakaian. Kedudukan TV yang agak rendah, boleh mendatangkan bahaya sekiranya penginap membawa anak-anak kecil yang lasak.
