Coppie United Kingdom, 6 maggio 2013	Excellent location, friendly staff Location, staff, noise-level 9 As it is just 50 metres from main shopping street it is not as loud as you would expect. Staff extremely helpful as I need some things organising and they helped with all of my requirements. Room clean, simple, good bathroom style and excellent rain shower with hot water. Only down side is no elevator - we were on the 5th floor! Seems the norm in Nepal though

Gruppi Thailand, 6 maggio 2013	average comfort, but very helpful staff location, staff, and that's it... 6,7 on the down side sleep quality was poor as there was a club nearby and was very noisy til about 4am, the bed wasn't too comfortable either. i wasn't happy with the shower as water didn't drain well. besides all that the staff (i've encountered old porter dude, young front desk man and a guy who delivered food to our room) were friendly and helpful. the front desk man took us all the way to the tourist bus stop which was about 10 mins walk away from the hotel, very nice of him. pre-arranged taxi (7USD) was there when we got there. hassle free in and out of the hotel.

It is set a little way back from the main road so it is a bit quieter than some of the other places may be in Thamel. We had a nice balcony and the bathroom was very large. We had an issue with the plumbing when we first checked in but it was fixed immediately. They will also arrange for mountain flights and other activities. Sameer was wonderful, as was everyone else there.

They have scheduled power outages, which seemed to be whenever we were home. So, for $45 per night, you dont have air conditioning, hot water, wifi, or lights. I recommend staying at a hotel with out any of these amenities that would be much cheaper.
