I requested for the upper floor with a view of the volcano & we were given the FIRST FLOOR with trees blocking the volcano view!

Famiglie con figli piccoli Philippines, 26 aprile 2013	Quite disappointing Swimming pools, big beds and other relaxing environment 6 The fact that the only place where there is wifi is the lobby and the restaurant area is quite disappointing. It won't help to have a data plan on your cp as the network signal is hardly there as well. There is not much variety in the menu and you have to travel to the next town which is Tanuan if you opt to have the good old fastfood stuff. The trip to Tagaytay from Talisay is not for the faint hearted, its worst than the bituka ng manok in Bicol.

Famiglie con figli piccoli Philippines, 23 aprile 2013	Relaxing We actually upgraded from Standard to Superior upon check-in because the Standard Suites are far from the Terraza Pool and Restaurant. 7,7 We had a nice relaxing time and kids enjoyed it especially the pools, Kumintang Pool and the Terraza Pool. The food also are excellent and servings are good for 3-5 persons. We had the Balai Bulalo and Crispy Tawilis for dinner and Club Balai Breakfast (which consist of tapa, tocino, longganisa, danggit, egg and fried rice) and American break fast for the little ones (ham, bacon, cheesedog, egg and toast). They also served us fresh fruits, fresh juice and hot choco. Also, bring your camera because there are lots of nice views and sceneries you can capture.

Upon our arrival in the resort, their staffs were very accommodating, greeted and serviced us with a smile. Our Cousin's Wedding Ceremony took place near Taal Lake with the panoramic view of the World's famous Taal Volcano as their back draft. We appreciated their beautiful Garden Reception at the boardwalk. Then we stayed at Sampaguita Manor small room yet clean. Generally Club Balai Isabel is a nice and beautiful place to stay for vacation far from the crowded and busy Metro Manila. We highly recommend Club Balai Isabel to our relatives and friends.

Staffs are very accommodating and they attend to request promptly. The receptionist especially, manage well the accommodation of every guests with a smile and patients to attend guests' complaints.I feel relaxed with their Spa...
