Arrivato al M Citi, della mia prenotazione (2 camere standard) non vi era traccia. Essendo le camere standard occupate, ci venivano fornite all'istante due camere superior senza alcuna richiesta di supplemento. L'hotel è di nuova costruzione, le camere comode e pulite il bagno funzionale e la doccia ottima le camere però non hanno finestre, non vi è connessione wifi nelle camere ma solo via cavo.La connessione wi-fi vi è solo a pianterreno nel bar dove servono una buona colazione a prezzi non eccessivi.
Più che ottima la posizione dell'hotel a 2 passi dall'Osmena Circle e Mango Ave.
Nota di merito per tutto il personale dell'hotel dalla lobby alle cameriere ai piani. Gentilissimi,sempre disponibili e molto molto professionali.

i was searching at hotel in cebu city the philippines. so i made up my mind for using the internet. there were several terms. that were cost, location and first fo all silent hotel. finally i found out proper hotel through agoda. that was m citi suites. if someday i will trevel to cebu city, i will check in that hotel.

Nice Location! Relatively affordable!
Large Family Room, Accessibility to Taxis and Jeepneys, Located near Chung Hua Hospital and a number of doctors' clinics

Table and chairs were not standard with the room. TV on/off is not integrated with the cable controller. CR is big but bare, no wall hanger near the shower. Tissue holder near the toilet bowl has awkward placement and inconvenient. Shower enclosure is quite small. Overall room was excellent, but the CR needs improvement.

A 4.5 star hotel since the did not have a pool.It is such a great place to stay.Lobby and room were spacious and clean.Did not eat at there restaurant or use the wi-fi.There was absolutely wrong with this hotel.My parents will be staying at M Citi for there yearly trip to the Phillipens.Thank you Agoda and M Citi Suites for such a lovely stay and deal.

reasonable hotel but please be aware of the extras
the hotel is centrally located and close to robinson centres

it was value for money but our first night we requested an extra pillow charge 100 pesos per night but one is cheaper also 100 for an extra towel frankly this is a rip off and other guests beware. staff were ok but not overly helpful
