Famiglie con figli grandi Philippines, 24 febbraio 2013	Great Location to Cebu Pier Location & Accomodation 8,3 we stayed at sugbutel for one night before taking our bohol trip on the next day. this is one of the best hotel located near cebu pier and to sm mall at a low rate. the room is clean with good facilities except for wifi connection, too slow at our room location at 4th floor. the hotel staffs are accomodating. Sugg. sulla cucina: Take SM Mall, you have lots of choices of restaurants

Gruppi Philippines, 19 febbraio 2013	Perfect for Budget Travelers Walking distance from one of the biggest shopping malls in the city 8 i was with my son when i stayed at this hotel. it is located very near the port area of the city, thus makes it very accessible to those who travel via sea. although it's a budget hotel, but the place is in good condition. only concern i have is that me and my son need to stay in two different quarters since they have separate quarters for their male and female occupants

No hot shower, and very very strong aircon. WIFI is ok but not stable. You can walk to the SM city, it's around 8~10 minutes only. walk to pier 4 also the time. Good for backpackers.
