Please note that the additional charge will be applied for children between three (3) to twelve (12) years old.

Please note that guests are strictly not allowed to bring any kind of food and drinks into the premises.

Please note that the resort offers boat transfers that are subject to the following regular boat schedule:

The first regular boat trip leaves the dock at Km. 9, Sasa, Davao City at 5:00 am and last trip is at 5:00 pm.
Special trips, at PHP 150 per way, may be arranged with prior notice. Please contact the resort directly. Special trips are only available until 5:30 pm. Boat schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note that airport transfer is available. Charges vary depending on guests' preferred schedule (please refer to information below). Prior arrangement with the resort is required.
Between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm: PHP 750 per van per way (maximum of 8 adults). Van will bring you to the dock of Paradise Island in Sasa, Davao City.
Beyond time indicated above: PHP 1,600 per van per way (maximum of 8 adults). Van will bring you directly to the resort.

When you arive at the hotel security will search your bags to make sure you are not bringing alcohol into the hotel. If you want a drink you can order one at the restaurant until 9:30 pm after that its lights out and back to the room. If you are looking for a romantic evening with you significant other enjoying a late night cocktail this hotel is not for you. However, if you are bringing the children this may be the right hotel for you as the resort shuts down early in the evening.

Famiglie con figli piccoli Philippines, 24 maggio 2013	it was a good stay. the cotage and the yard, beach, food 7 It was a good stay. they have their own transport to the island where the hotel is located which is very convenient to the guest. the cottage was good as you have your own massive yard to wander around especially if you have young children. the food was good plus they have shows like the carnival show and also the fire dancing at night.
