Staff is very friendly and interior designs are cosy and in a warm mediterranean style. The hotel is on 5 min walking distance from the popular malate outgoing district

Viaggiatori singoli Serbian, 22 febbraio 2013	Good location but noisy location 4,7 I wouldnt stay there again - the elevator is in a really bad condition and very unreliable, had to wait for a towel to dry to get one and that didnt happen for three hours, even though I checked in late afternoon, apparently the housekeeper was M.I.A.so I never got one. The room was very noisy - traffic, construction and mosque at 5 am! There is no fridge or safety box in the room and the management is of course not responsible for the things you leave in the room. Antenna cable for TV was duck taped, so the quality of the picture was awful. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone, if you want a Casa in Manila in the same price range go to Casa Amapola instead!

Nice clean rooms. Helpful staff. Great location for shopping and sight-seeing.

Viaggiatori singoli United States of America, 18 agosto 2012	hard to find hotel.... staff are super nice 8 i was a little disappointed in the room because it was not very big and the window was in an open position and because of the screen i could not close it. (outward opening casement window) that made the air conditioner run all night on high setting, which is noisy. the staff are very nice and helped me set up the internet connection. i did not see a single bug here, the receptionist went out of her way to go the the second floor and make me coffee. everyone there is very accomodating. Sugg. sulla vita notturna: Its in a dicey area...the streets are pitch black at night and not much fun walking to and from the hotel. I advise taking the taxi to get there and out again if its after dark.

Viaggiatori singoli Philippines, 23 giugno 2012	Disappointing and located in a depressed area none 3 Arrived past 12 noon but they still wanted to charge me with early check in penalty for 2 hours despite the fact the rooms were readily available, i had to beg them not to as i had to walk a long distance just to find the place. But what was disappointing is they did not wake me up at 4 am despite the fact the i requested for wake up on check in and later also that afternoon. When i chided them for not waking up the person arrogantly replied that i did not "confirm"???? I almost did not make it for my flight.
