Coppie Italy, 18 ottobre 2012	Hotel in ottima posizione e cortesia nel servizio Posizione e colazione 9 L'hotel e' situato in posizione centrale, vicino ai palazzi reali piu' importanti della citta' che sono raggiungibili a piedi. E' inoltre situato a 100metri dalla fermata della metropolitana con la quale si raggiungono tutte le altre zone di seoul con comodita'. Il personale e' molto gentile, le camere pulite e la colazione a buffet ottima: da consigliare.

La colazione è povera ma comprende cibi sia "occidentali" che "orientali" e quindi soddisfa qualsiasi tipo di gusto. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e parla inglese, cosa alquanto rara a Seoul. In più, è offerto il servizio di cambio del denaro, che può essere comodo per chi, come noi, giunge a Seoul nel WE, quando le banche e i negozi di cambio sono chiusi. L'ottavo giorno ci hanno anche regalato 2 tortine come omaggio per la lunga permanenza! Stanze piccole ma dotate di tutti i comfort, internet free e veloce, n.2 PC sono a disposizione del pubblico nella sala multimediale al secondo piano. E' un albergo in perfetto stile occidentale, sembra di essere a casa. Vivamente consigliato.

The hotel staff spoke English, was courteous, friendly, and very helpful with directions. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportation (subway and bus) to everywhere including to and from Incheon airport. Surrounding the hotel are many great BBQ restaurants and small affordable eateries. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very good and was included in the room rate. It offered a variety of hot food and vegetables, soup, fresh salad, pastries, yogurt, fruits, and hot and cold drinks. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel and will stay there again next time.

The room was very small (even compared to HK!) but clean and having a bath to relax into each night was heaven. Staff knew the area well, and were very conscientious and understanding with the language barrier.

Free wifi and Internet connection in the rooms. 8 Because it was a small hotel tucked into a small lane, it was initially difficult to find. It was less than a 5-minute walk from the airport limo bus drop-off at the Jongno-3-ga subway station.
