Friendly staff 7,7 The hotel is a little old but the people there are very friendly and helpful, attentive to needs when calling reception. Nice pool, food was excellent in the hotel restaurant. Swimming pool exceptional ,Broken large window at entrance and foyer needed dusting ,staff friendly but appeared to lack training
John V. Coppie Canada, 2 gennaio 2012	definitely a 3 star hotel Lakeside with a nice view 5 The hotel was nice in the lobby and the room was not bad but a lot of the hallways were run down. No fridge in the room even though it was advertised as having one. We were woken up before 7 AM by a lot of banging that turned out to be monkeys jumping and running on the tin roof. The food at the buffet breakfast was not very good and not much variety. The hotel was very hard to find and was on a dirt road.
