Viaggiatori singoli Italy, 26 aprile 2011	hotel molto gradevole e personale cordiale albergo pulito, molti ricevimenti e matrimoni che rendono piacevoli i momenti in albergo 9,7 soggiorno ok a parte il tempo che e' stato piovoso. Interessante visitare Colombo. Bella citta' con un parco nel quale camminare.

Coppie Italy, 6 febbraio 2011	Per essere in Sri Lanka, abbastanza buono camera 4,3 l'albergo è datato e con scarsa manutenzione, la camera era comunche accettabile.la cucina è molto speziata e per i gusti occidentali è difficile non impazzire.la pulizia in generale è insufficiente. Sugg. sull'Hotel: se possibile per via del budget, preferire il mount lavinia hotel

Viaggiatori d'affari Hong Kong, 9 gennaio 2013	Great Location but very noise Near the beach from the Indian ocean 6,7 I was very unlucky to place in a room in the end of the corridor that the railway is lying long the outside of the room.Every morning at about 5:00a.m. ,the noise will wake you up and the train will come down in the late evening of about 10:00 p.m.What is more?The room in which is next to my staying room that is undergone renovation. Suggerimento: One should stay a little bit longer to accustom to the surrounding so you will get it rest for nothing

Excellent service, excellent food and smart, clean rooms. 9 We were inpressed with the rooms which were clean and had everything we needed with good efficient air conditioning! The service was excellent since we required a room change and that was arranged asap. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The food was tasty and good value - we couldn't fault any meal. We were aware of the train line running close to the hotel but not aware that its noise would affect every room and start so early (6am) in the morning. After a few days you do get used to it but don't expect a lie in! This also means you have to cross the train line to get to the beach! A little risky with young children and a disabled father! Unfortunately we were not made aware of the refurbishment works going on at the hotel during our stay. So everyday you would hear knocking and banging which is a problem if its raining and you wanted to spend time in your room. The other thing we were not made aware of was the hotel pool was out of action. However we were ferried over to a nearby 5 star hotel pool whenever we required it.

Coppie United Kingdom, 4 gennaio 2013	please don't make the same mistake!!!! i was checking the internet 10 minuets after we arrived to get my flights changed and go home early 2,3 there are many reasons not to go to this hotel and it would take me all day to write them down.......just take my word that berjaya have bought this place as an investment and to date they havent spent any time or money on it, it really is very poor quality, tired, run down and completely lacking in any kind of amenities. its a 2 hour drive from the airport with nothing of interest to see, the staff are welcoming and try their best to help but we found they were out of their depth dealing with us as foreigners. never again will i go to this country.....ever!

Coppie United States of America, 4 gennaio 2013	very nice hotel. nice food and a friendly staff. 10 this is a nice hotel with a very nice staff. the buffet was great and the service was excellent. first we checked in to a standard room and i requested for a deluxe room upgrade.the manager ayantha indika granted our requested with no extra charge.he was very professional and full filled all of our needs.
