check in rapid e efficiente,mi hanno fatto un upgrade pur non essendo un cliente abituale e questo é il miglior sistema per fidelizzare i clienti.
camera bella, spaziosa pulita,il selfe servoce é di buona qualità,ritornerò certamente.
prezzo interessante.
unico neo occorre pagare per avere il wifi,non è un problema di prezzo,ma i srilanca anche un piccolissimo bar sperduto ha il wifi gratuito.

Soggiorno piacevole,grande cortesia, belle camere,buffet ottimo,peccato il ristorante coreano una cucina non all' altezza dell'hotel e senza personalità, il servizio cortese ma con diversi problemi, lingua,insistenza,difficoltà di comprensione.

Overall my stay was pleasant and I enjoyed 2 nights. Formerly the Trans Asia it has been renovated and the hote lobby is very nice, however I did not think that the premier rooms were impressive..it was satisfactory but the decor seemed a little tired. Service was good but not outstanding.
Sugg. sull'Hotel:
Great location near the world trade centre and access to most tourist attractions. The hotel pool is impressive, large pool with a lovely view of the lake.

In general, if its ranking of 5-stars is correct, its price is reasonable with service. As our departure flight is late midnight, we already checked out in noon time, after that they allowed us to retrieve luggage to take shower in gym room and re-depoist. Then, after dinner, we re-collected again our luggage. Their hospitality is good

the cinnamon lakeside is one of several good quality hotels in colombo and has a twin in the cinnamon grand on gall road. Location is the most distinguishing feature of the 2 hotels. The Lakeside is near to Fort and the Hilton & Galadari while the Grand is new to Galle face green and right next our to Crescat one of the town's up market stores. Either has trishaws available outside for getting about the town. Lakeside clearly has the lake which makes it feel a bit more spacious. Both have excellent staff very friendly & helpful and a full range of dining options.
