Coppie United States of America, 31 marzo 2013	Relaxing hotel in a beautiful setting Great views on the hillside w infinity pool and amazing fitness center and spa! 7,7 We only stayed here one night while visiting Kandy, but the hotel was comfortable with friendly staff and nice restaurant options. It is not close too the City center, so more of a quiet location with an impressive fitness center and spa located on site.

Coppie New Zealand, 26 marzo 2013	Make Sure You Get What is Advertised Nice location on the hill if not a little out of town 5,7 The stay at the hotel was pleasant enough in that it had what we needed for a night stop and was clean. However, the room was not what was advertised. Most rooms have great views out over the valley but we had no view. The promotion on the internet was for great views. Additionally, the internet did not work the entire time we were there and the staff showed little interest in helping get this fixed.

We were moved after three nights to a better room with a balcony which was much better. The front rooms look great, if they are available. The other rooms do not nearly match the rating for the hotel. The hotel is well out of town with a steep access. Food is just acceptable for the cost. The breakfast buffet was great! Sugg. sull'Hotel: Avoid the second rate non view rooms.

Staff were friendly, the view was simply amazing, rooms were basic and beds slightly firm, but generally okay albeit slightly overpriced for what it was. Also some strange matters such as not being able to source extra tea cups or obtain milk - but this is not uncommon.
