Viaggiatori singoli Nepal, 15 aprile 2013	Comfortable stay with nice staff Good room, ocean facing and friendly staff 7 This was a good experience to stay in this hotel which is facing the sea but please take a note that the beach areas in front is not good for swimming as it is rocky/corals. The living is very basic with nice and spacey room, with a TV and a desk, wardrobe. Bathroom is okay with towel and soap. There is a restaurant which is very basic and doesn’t even looks like a good running restaurant. If you want to eat, please order in advance so they can cook for you. The food was still good and most importantly, there are number of choices to select. The staff are friendly and specially )….who speaks good English and was very helpful. Besides this, there is nothing that adds value of living there…..compare to the cost I paid, I would prefer other location, closer to town or main Unawatuna beach or even inside the Galle fort area. The so called free WiFi is hopeless there and I couldn’t use it at all….as it was extremely slow and hard to connect.
Nafees H. Coppie Sri Lanka, 7 aprile 2013	Worst hotel. It ruined my holiday Please avoid. Wasted time and money booking this hotel 2,7 My stay was horrible at this hotel. It had good rating so I booked two rooms. The rooms were horrible and AC doesn't work. They spent 1 hour trying to fix the AC after checking in but still didn't work. Staff was very unfriendly and made us checkout early. I would not recconend this hotel to anyone.

We really enjoyed the food (even if it was a bit expensive), the hotel is on the beach in a very quite place. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The room was ok with A/C and fan. The internet was very slow and the TV had one channel available (but it wasn't our priority). The hotel is not far from a village full of great restaurants where we spent most of our evening. The city is not near by. From there, we went to see the dolphins and whale watching (not recommended: lost of time, we saw a whole after 3 hours trip..), the spice island (very nice) and the city of Galle (nice too). We recommend this hotel for a quite and enjoyable break !!

Famiglie con figli piccoli United Kingdom, 13 marzo 2013	Great staff and right next to the beach Friendly staff quiet hotel next to beach 5,7 The hotel is a little out of town it's a tuk tuk journey in and out each day which in a unawatuna works out expensive if you stayed for more than a couple of days. The staff were really helpful and friendly the boys working in the kitchen are excellent chefs. Our room was quite basic a very old tv that only showed one channel and a very over powering smell of cloves in the room. The towels although supposedly white were brown - clean but very stained. Best bit was definitely the food and quiet beach location but I wouldn't class the rooms as 3 star.

Derek R. Coppie United Kingdom, 16 febbraio 2013	Friendly staff The hotel as right on the beach 6,7 The location was on the beach, although not good for swimming. However, turn left on the beach as you leave the hotel and about 400 metres away is a small lagoon, perfect for swimming. The hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good.We ate at the hotel on our last night and had a nice meal. The room was a good size. Downsides were-towels were not changed,and rooms not cleaned on a daily basis. We stayed 4 days and had to ask for clean towels and bin to be emptied during our 4 day stay.

Coppie India, 9 febbraio 2013	home living on the beach service, location, homely atmosphere 7,3 small hotel, lots of personal touches, food could be asked for outsie the menu, chef was quite aware of continental, indian, chinese and local food. beach right in front. breakfast was standard. wifi only in the restaurant, sometimes we could get the signal on the verandah, very slow. wonderful place if you just want to laze around as we did. Sugg. sull'Hotel: Close to Galle fort , Very peaceful and wonderful to spend the day by the beach.

Coppie Slovenia, 2 febbraio 2013	Very poor hygene & no wifi but nice garden & staff Garden, on the beach, friendly staff 4 It said there was WiFi but in fact it wasn't working most of our 2 night stay, even when it did work the speed was terrible. We found pubic hair in the bathroom. The towels were dirty, worn out and had a terrible moldy smell - the "fresh" ones we asked for were no different. The bathroom altogether looked like it hadn't been cleaned in centuries with mold, rust and a whole in the ceiling. Shower wasn't working properly, although the water was hot. At breakfast cuttlery was dirty and the "fresh" fruit juice was luke-warm. The site of the hotel is nice and the garden is the only thing that is maintained properly. But be aware that it is a 10 min tuk-tuk ride to koggalla or Unawatuna and there's not much to do at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sugg. sull'Hotel: Not worth the price. Stayed at a much better place in the center of Unawatuna and on the beach in Mirissa for half the price.

Coppie India, 1 febbraio 2013	Good location....excellent service Excellent service.....liked the location 8 dalawella was a good place to stay with the services of the staff bein very friendly and helping us out in every possible way....the location is oly five minutes away from the main una beach .....the only drawback is the beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable ...rest every thing is execellent.
