Not bad, normal 3 stars facilities available
it's located at the central of Hualien City. The room is big enough for our family. Staff are friendly & attentive.

The room is quite spacious & big enough for our family. There's a welcome card placed in our room upon check-in, we felt warm & sweet about this small gesture. Staff are helpful & attentive. We were offered umbrellas when we left for night market due to wet weather.

Comfortable room and friendly staff.
We stay one night at this hotel. The room quite big with comfortable bed. Staff is freindly and also provided free transport to train station but need to confirm one day in advance.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

The level of staff service was the highest during our stay in Taiwan. The environment was cordial and the hotel staff members were friendly, helpful and took initiative to collect train tickets for us when we requested them to book the tickets. Even though the hotel was just 15 minutes drive from the train station,it is not very accessible. However, this was compensated by the free shuttle service provided by the staff. The manager fetch us from the train station when we arrived to Hualien and the assistant manager sent us to the train station when we check out. This was definitely one of the best experience we had in Taiwan so far.

It was a very comfortable 2 days stay at the hotel. The room was big and clean, the bed was soft and comfy. The toilet was luxurious. Breakfast buffet was good with wide varieties. Most commendable is the staffs working at the hotel. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There are also free transport to the night markets and train stations which were personally chauffeur by the manager of the hotel. Will definitely come back again to stay at this hotel.

Would not be going back to this hotel as the room was way too small and the breakfast was the worst in my stay in Taiwan. I've been to Taiwan 8 times and this is my best time staying in this hotel. Would rate this as one of my worst stay in a Taiwanese hotel.
