Coppie United Kingdom, 5 maggio 2013	A great hotel in the middle of Taroko Gorge The roof top swimming pool with gorge views, the buffet breakfast and the balcony with gorge view from our room were all great. 9 This hotel as a great location and great facilities and it's in the middle of Taroko gorge to boot! The service was great, as were the buffet dinner and breakfast. The only thing that was lacking was a hotel bar, which to be fair are pretty uncommon in hotels in Taiwan but it would have been nice to have drink to celebrate our special occasion.

Excellent service standards, room includes dinner surroundings 8,3 Very pleasant stay, service staff were consistently efficient and polite. Spa too pricey though for a place not known for its spas. Hotel provides shuttle service from Hualien train station for a fee, do pre book.

The room service is very good, they even make up my room at the night time before I went to sleep. Very nice view from the retreat lounge. The cleanliness and the good service makes me want to go back, two thumbs up for the good service overall. It is value for the money.

The hotel is facing the taroko gorge and the room is very big and spacious. The pools and spa facilities are wonderful and the foods are great too. The hotel also provide a series of activities from morning jogging to the bon fire sing along party on roof top.
